Anita Garcia is the retired principal of PS 329. She started her career as an English teacher at IS 293 then MarkTwain’s Scbool for the Gifted and Talented.
After becoming a Guidance Counselor in D21, She went on to becoming an Assistant Principal in 1989.
Garcia graduated with a BA in Psychology from Johnson C Smith in North Carolina and a MS in Guidance and Counseling,from Long Island University.
She is a mother and a grandmother and is a long time member of Christian Cultural Center, in Brooklyn NY.
